About Annie
I make change understandable – and possible to act on.
My path began in automation and process development in consulting. At Grant Thornton Sweden, and previously PwC and KPMG, I have worked closely with organisations where high demands, new technology and people's everyday work have to function together.
Today I lead IT deliveries, coordinate the rollout of Microsoft Copilot and help organisations move from AI hype to real value. But the more I have worked with technology, the clearer another question has become: How do we become good leaders of ourselves when change never really takes a break?
That question drives my talks. I combine experience from real implementations with concrete methods for focus, judgement and sustainable energy. No ready-made answers to everything. Instead, better questions, clearer choices and tools for your self-leadership that you can use the very next working day.
